**Réceptionniste & Assistante Administrative**

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, responsable et organisée possédant d'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle. Vous assumerez toutes les tâches de réceptionniste ainsi que les tâches administratives générales.

**Tâches quotidiennes**:

- Répondre aux téléphones
- Gérer tous les courriers sortants et courriers entrants
- Planifier les ramassages (coursiers locaux, FedEx, DHL et UPS), signer pour les colis.
- Assister la clientèle avec toutes les demandes générales ; Courriels, au téléphone et en personne.
- Messages vocaux directs pour corriger les membres du personnel.
- Maintenir un certain classement ;s’assurer que tous les fichiers soient classés par ordre alphabétique ainsi que par date.

**Qualifications**:

- Une expérience de réceptionniste serait un atout
- Doit parler anglais et français
- Compétences informatiques générales
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, en communication et interpersonnelles

**Environnement de travail**:

- Les heures de travail sont de 8h30 à 17h00 du lundi au vendredi.

**Front Desk Reception & Administrative Assistant**

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and organized individual who has excellent customer service skills. You will be handling all receptionist duties as well as general administrative tasks.

**Receptionist Duties including but not limited to**:

- Answer telephones
- Manage all incoming mail & couriers
- Schedule pickups (local couriers, FedEx, DHL, and UPS), sign for packages.
- Maintain some filing; make sure all files are in alphabetical order as well as in order by date.

**Qualifications**:

- Receptionist experience would be an asset
- Must speak English and French
- General computer skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

**Working Environment**:
**We have a great work environment, the greatest team and great location, within minutes of Namur metro station & multiple restaurants.**
- Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 75 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-10-21
