ABMS Évaluation, une firme spécialisée dans l’évaluation immobilière commerciale, fondée par M. George Boufounos, ÉA, AACI, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) assistant(e) pour occuper un poste temporaire avec possibilité de permanence à temps plein au sein de notre entreprise.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister l’évaluateur dans la préparation de rapports narratifs d’évaluation détaillés pour des propriétés génératrices de revenus.
- Contribuer à la préparation d'études de marché et d’enquêtes sur le marché locatif.
- Aider à l'accomplissement de diverses tâches administratives.

**Expérience requise**:

- Maîtrise pratique de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Bilingue (français et anglais), à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

**Salaire**:
Salaire de base à discuter, avec avantages sociaux : assurance santé, vie et dentaire.

ABMS Évaluation, a commercial real estate appraising firm, founded by M.George Boufounos, ÉA, AACI. Currently, ABMS is looking for an assistant to occupy a temporary with possibility of permanent full time position within our company.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Help appraiser to prepare full length narrative appraisal report of income producing properties.
- Help appraiser to prepare market studies and rental market survey.
- Help in completing administrative tasks
- **Experience Required**:_
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.
- **Salary**_:
Base salary to be discussed with benefits: (Health, Life and dental insurance)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
