**Job Description**:
AIM is looking for an Information Security Analyst with a specialization in IAM (Identity and Access Management).
The IAM Analyst will join the Cybersecurity team.
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of security initiatives to ensure the best are in place to guarantee optimal identity and access management.
- Analyze current identity and access management solutions to identify gaps, technical issues and potential simplifications as part of continuous improvement projects.
- Provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of GIA's security in the face of new threats.
- Design and implement access controls such as account and access provisioning and deletion, role-based access control (RBAC) and access requests to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Handle access-related incidents.
- Collaborate with other groups involved in security and access governance.
- Adjust or set up automated systems to review access to different systems on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with established norms and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in information technology, including at least one (1) year's experience in identity and access management.
- In-depth knowledge of identity governance and administration, identity and access management.
- Experience in planning and managing single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, identity federation, traceability and data encryption.
- Knowledge of identity federation, SSO, RBAC, provisioning, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (on prem and Azure) and Office 365 environments.
- Good knowledge and practical experience of identity and access management in cloud environments.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Practical experience in IAM program implementation, including defining requirements, principles of use and process implementation.
- Be bilingual (French - English) or able to hold a conversation in both languages.
