Being a High-Privilege Access Analyst for this client means:

- Understanding the end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, authentication, data, etc.) of Internal IAM components.
- Solid experience in identity and access management
- Have worked in the context of CyberArk's PAM tool
- Work in a continuously evolving environment, in collaboration and sharing mode.
- Contribute to the development of analysis practices within the team.
- Be able to have a high-level, 360° view of its assets.
- Respond/Sort/Forward/Close service tickets
- Develop operational controls and reports
- Participate in monthly upgrade activities such as CyberArk component testing related to operating system security patch updates
- Change management of PAM deployment (patches/upgrades)
- You have a good in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, high-privilege account management and identity and access management - NOT NEGOTIABLE. Banking experience an asset.
- You have implemented the on-boarding of high-privilege accounts in the Cyberark vault.
- You are familiar with the tool and have worked with CyberArk - NOT NEGOTIABLE
- You know how to handle customer management (internal) in a context of responding to service requests (ITIL).
- You're familiar with REST APIs
- You're committed to the DevSecOps culture
