**Team & Job Overview**:
The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, led by the Chief Information Officer, was established in 2023 to empower our customers and colleagues by delivering secure and reliable digital experiences. Our mission includes defining and executing the technology roadmap to support EDC’s 2030 business transformation, keeping pace with industry trends, and ensuring integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations.

The Infrastructure and Platform Enablement team focuses on enabling cloud computing engineering and IAM platforms to support enterprise solutions and improve technology experiences across business lines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage EDC’s IAM technology platform.
- Define, implement, and manage platform frameworks, metrics, Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
- Collaborate with business capability owners to grow the platform as needed.
- Oversee Operating System management development, deployment and maintenance of the system’s structure, ensuring it meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product leads, scrum masters, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Lead IT transformation and build a resilient support organization.
- Report on platform metrics and conduct operational reviews with stakeholders.

**Screening Criteria**:

- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with IAM platforms (Identity lifecycle management, Authentication, Authorization, IGA, PAM, Federation, Monitoring, Auditing, Incident response).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Windows and Linux OS management, Microsoft Active Directory, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with annual budgeting and planning exercises, managing staff, services third-party support providers.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

**Assets**:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Any Associate
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305 and/or AZ-900)
- Experience with IT vendor relationships, Microsoft Azure AD, Azure B2C, SCCM, Azure Monitor, ServiceNow, Venafi, AppViewX, PKI+, and IGA platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Sailpoint, Savvyint).
- ITIL certification
- Agile or Lean certification
- Bilingual in English and French

**Compensation Details**:

- Product Owner 18: Salaries typically range from $92,355 to $123,140 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
