National Bank's IT Cybersecurity Delivery sector is looking for an Asset Manager to ensure the highest possible level of quality, maturity, reliability and sustainability of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services.
Being an Asset Manager at National Bank means:
- Be accountable for the operational availability, security, durability (avoiding obsolescence, scalability, etc.) and the financial viability of the IT assets and services under his/her responsibility.
- Understand the end-to-end integration of all sub-components of the services ecosystem under his/her responsibility, including interconnections with consumers and third-party providers of these services.
- Influence business and IT partners to maximize and optimize the use of IT services under his/her responsibility.
- Manage the relationship with the supplier(s) participating in the delivery of IT services under his/her responsibility.
- Ensure compliance of the assets with applicable regulatory and corporate constraints (owner-custodian agreement, asset management process, risk management process, audit process, disaster recovery plan and periodic tests, etc.).
- Guarantee the operational viability and be accountable for the production support of the assets with proper in-depth of monitoring (tools, alerts, etc.) and service level agreements/SLA (hours of support, availability, etc.) appropriate to the criticality of the services.
- Ensure the management and resolution of all security vulnerabilities affecting his/her assets in accordance with the deadlines prescribed in the company's policies.
- Be responsible for managing the human capacity (hiring, monitoring, development/training plans, etc.) and material capacity required to maintain and operate the IT services and assets under his/her responsibility.
- Plan and continuously manage the operational budgets allocated for the maintenance and operation of the IT services and assets under his/her responsibility.
- Participate, as a target client, in the governance of projects having an impact on the ecosystem under responsibility, so as to ensure the proper transfer to operations of new services and capacities.
- Several years of similar professional experience in managing the operation and maintenance of critical IT services.
- Political sense and ability to manage stakeholders (business partners, consumers, suppliers, etc.).
- Experience in managing IT operations budgets.
- Experience in IT delivery in an Agile / SAFe mode.
- Experience in managing projects / programs.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of service quality and customer orientation.
- Commitment and autonomy.
- Experience in delivering consumer software solutions and adherence to the DevOps culture.
- Strategic vision.
- Communication skills (French / English).
- Knowledge of the banking environment.
