We are seeking an extraordinary and motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of multiple companies. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the founder, supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks across multiple businesses. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and logistics for the founder.
- Provide detailed note-taking and actionable follow-ups for meetings.
- Assist in content creation, including support for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and discretion.
- Collaborate with other team members and clients on behalf of the founder to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting an entrepreneur or founder.

- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 per year.
