Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work as part of the management team. The successful Executive Assistant will support our senior staff members by executing tasks, preparing reports, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings. The applicant must have experience dealing with confidential materials and working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep track of my schedule.
- Handle phone calls.
- Maintain a calendar of events.
- Plan for emergencies.
- Make travel arrangements for the Executive Assistant and other executives.
- Manage documents and materials.
- Write reports and correspondence.
- Be on call all day in case the CEO or other executives need anything.
Another Job responsibilities will include:
- Reception and transportation of our artists according to their itineraries
- Following up with tasks on an ongoing basis and making sure they're completed in the necessary timely manner.
- Provide general support to each of the artists who work with us.
- Coordinating office activities and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management.
- Responsible for event planning and co-ordination, ensuring that all events are prestigious
