Our team of expert physicians collaborates across multiple specialties to deliver advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions for professional athletes, performing artists, and individuals seeking comprehensive, cutting-edge healthcare. Role Overview: The Executive Assistant supports the CMO/CEO with scheduling, communications, meeting prep, travel coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment requiring autonomy and collaboration. Based in Hamilton, this position requires in-office attendance. Shift can be flexible between 9:00-5:30 or 10:00-6:30.   Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Monitor and draft professional communications; follow up on outstanding items. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and track action items. Coordinate travel and event logistics. Maintain organized documents and liaise with internal teams. Handle confidential information with professionalism. Qualifications: 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant (healthcare experience preferred). Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR knowledge is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage sensitive information. Employee Equity Statement:  Infini Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
