**What You’ll Do**
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, introducing them to our services.
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team by effectively communicating our offerings.
- Maintain accurate call records and schedule updates using our CRM.
- Assist the marketing team by providing feedback to improve lead generation efforts.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**About You**
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building rapport with people.
- You have a customer-first mindset and are highly organized.
- You’re self-motivated and thrive in both independent and team environments.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an asset but not required.
- You are proficient in English and comfortable with phone-based interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings and weekends optional).
- Familiarity with basic CRM systems is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
