Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio embraces the harmony of Peruvian and Japanese cultures while incorporating the bounty of riches the West coast has to offer. Our restaurant has two locations, one located at Ambleside by the beach with a beautiful view of the water, and the second at the edge of False Creek with stunning views of the marina and Granville Island.

We are currently seeking an energetic, eager, and ambitious **Sushi Chef** to join our culinary team.

**Who You Are**:

- A team-player; you thrive in a team environment and are an expert communicator in the kitchen
- You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, preferably in a fine dining establishment
- You have superior technical and natural cooking abilities

**Must Haves**:

- A minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Open availability
- including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A desire to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment

**Nice to Have**:

- A culinary school diploma is preferred, but not required
