**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on current food trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and meal preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with various types of sushi, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to food presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
**Must Haves**:
- A minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Open availability
