**About You**

**About The Role**

Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including exceptional customer service for both residents and visitors, whether in-person or via phone. You will take charge of inventory management, order processing, and handling confidential information. Oversight of the reception area and ensuring residents' proper seating in the dining room will also fall within your purview. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident behaviour and maintaining a confidential resident database will be part of your tasks. Whenever other departments need support, your assistance will be available for various projects. Collaborating closely with our maintenance, housekeeping, dietitian, and chaplain teams is essential. As a coordinator, you will ensure prompt service delivery. You will serve as a brand ambassador for Baptist Housing, ensuring all activities uphold and enhance our brand, while also boosting our reputation with relevant stakeholders and raising overall awareness. Your role will involve four days of administrative work, with one day dedicated to the planning and execution of resident recreation activities. You will report to the administrator for independent/assisted living.

**Your Work Location**

The seaside city of White Rock. Our Evergreen Manor independent living community is located at 1531 Everall Street.
