This is a part-time position (approximately 30% FTE) with flexible working hours, beginning in January 2026. The Service-Learning Coordinator plays a key role in building meaningful community partnerships, supporting international Transformational Learning Opportunities (TLOs), and helping cultivate a culture of service across the school. Key Responsibilities Local Service Partnerships Lead the planning and implementation of Service Week (March 2026). Build and maintain relationships with local charities, ministries, and community organizations. Coordinate regular student service opportunities and experiences throughout the year. International Transformational Learning Opportunities (TLOs) Support the smooth execution of international TLO trips by coordinating logistics, managing budgets, handling required paperwork, and ensuring key planning steps are completed on schedule. Co-host informational evenings for parents and students preparing for these trips. (Much of the foundational planning is already completed; the primary focus is ensuring the planned trips run smoothly and efficiently.) Chapel Program Support Collaborate with the Student Life Coordinator to assist in planning and implementing chapel & homeroom programs.
