**About the Team**

Joining the Product team at Flinks means contributing to its transformation and having a direct impact on clients. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working on scoping, evaluating and prioritizing new products and features, playing a critical role in building the future of Flinks through innovation. Working closely with our clients, you’ll be at the center of improving our products.

This position will report directly to the Director of Product Operations. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile team where collaboration is an important value.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Help set and deliver against an ambitious roadmap that drives customer value and key metrics for your product area and the business overall
- Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for end-users through analytics and research as well as working directly with clients and GTM teams
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, marketers, project managers and other product managers to rapidly build, test, and launch new experiences
- Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, project charters, and clear deliverables.
- Work closely with our customers, GTM teams, and cross functional partners to deliver a cohesive experience across the whole business
- Scope, evaluate, and prioritize activities based on business and impact

**Who You Are**
- At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS
- In-depth knowledge of the Financial industry and-or have previous experience in data analytics
- Strong design sense and opinion on what contributes to a great product experience
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to put the business requirements first
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
- Team player. You win when the team does

**Nice to haves**
- High empathy for developers and other users of API products
- Experience building brand new products or working in a startup environment
- Experience working with GTM teams to bring products to market
