**Product Manager - Fintech**

**up to $100 CAD/per month**

**Location: Canada**

New Silver is a fintech startup that sits at the intersection of Decentralised Finance and real world assets. We build technology to originate and underwrite short term bridge loans with more efficiency, and securitize those loans on the blockchain with capital from DeFi protocols, helping to reduce costs and make capital more efficient.

We are the first real world asset in the world to be approved by MakerDAO, a top-3 stablecoin protocol. Our small and rapidly growing company is globally located and fully remote. New Silver’s mission is to enable entrepreneurial growth by providing real estate investors with fast, conveniently accessible** **capital, and by harnessing technology to improve investors' journey, from property search to sale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Together with the senior leadership team, develop and execute on product strategy.
- Write clear and concise product requirements and develop basic but elegant prototypes
- Gather insights from internal and external user feedback, web analytics, research, experiments, competitors and data analysis to understand user needs and drive product plans to solve those needs
- Identify and prioritise features to improve conversion and efficiency via user stories
- Drive the development cycle, work with CTO to manage product release schedule
- Drive the creation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to increase conversion and reduce cost
- Orchestrate product launches, including training for internal and external users

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Strong track record of bringing software products to market, iterating and improving based on user feedback
- Experience understanding financial and technology (fintech) or real estate
- Experience writing user stories and user documentation
- Experience with analytics tools to help gather user data
- Experience building prototypes
- Understanding of API driven technologies
- Experience working for international companies
- Tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing, Figma or similar
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
