Product Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Production Operations is critical to the evolution of Solution and Program delivery for our Exos Team supporting a large, global client. As Manager, Product Operations, you will become the go-to person to optimize the intersection of project management, product management, UX design, engineering, production, and customer success. You will lead routine tasks and processes, as well as tech stack management, documentation, and product experiments. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do.
You are a product and operations leader who can liaise across teams, recommend technical process improvement, and pilot innovative new approaches iteratively.
This full-time position will report to the Director, Product Management.
Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and administrate the product stack- Oversee quality assurance- Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions- Develop and automate business processes to streamline project management & product development- Set-up and manage product software tools used for tickets, prioritization, assignment and knowledge bases- Specify user workflows, study data flows, and build risk mitigation strategies- Work closely with customer support to improve the user experience-
- Ensure the team can perform under the best possible circumstances- Streamline critical routine tasks such as roadmapping, sprint planning, documentation, and user interviews- Diligently organize around new systems configurations and deployments- Influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, and navigate competing interests
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years experience in Product and Business Operations- Software automation skills (e.g. zapier, notion, VBA macros)- Awareness of AI-based products for automating tasks and workflow- Experience working on software based products- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development)- Exceptional visual and written communication skills- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects- Knowledge of shipping software products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA or graduate degree- Passion for the health and performance
