**Behaviour Innovations **is a leading agency in the provision of applied behaviour analytic services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

We are currently hiring an **Administrative Coordinator** for our **Hamilton location** and are looking for a highly motivated, professional and compassionate individual to join our team for **25-30 hours per week**

**Responsibilities include**:
**Office Coordination**:

- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

**Document Management**:

- Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the creation and editing of various documents and spreadsheets.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events as required.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Bi-weekly processing of accounts

**Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations with ease.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, One-drive, Teams)
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound decision-making skills based upon company policies and philosophy.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in an administrative role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8N 1V1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
