**About the Position**

This opening is at our Edmonton office.
This position is an important support role for Customer Service as well as Customs processing.

**Description & Responsibilities are as follows,**
- Updating shipment status in several computer systems throughout the day
- Receiving and checking documents
- Tracing Shipments
- Handling calls and questions from clients
- Booking appointments, coordinating with customers and dispatch personnel
- Various administrative duties as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**
- High School diploma
- Cheerful and professional
- Self-starter with problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong keyboard skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
