We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. **Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- some shop help also required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$23.43 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
