**Showroom Manager**:

- Minimum 35 hours/week; including one shift on Saturday or Sunday_
- $20/hr plus incentives, commission and benefits. On-target-earnings range from $44k to 52k_

Night & Day Window Decor is a leading custom window treatment studio and retailer in the Greater Toronto Area, highly rated by both consumers and the interior design industry. Now, we're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, goal and sales-driven self-starter who can successfully integrate sales with managing order fulfilment, juggling installation details, providing high level customer service, and completing administrative duties at our Don Mills Showroom located in North York, ON. Most importantly, you'll book in-home sales appointments while ensuring the client experience is immersive and positive and all client touch points are organized and delivered in line with the organization’s values and vision.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage showroom customers by showcasing the latest products and styles
- Book in-home sales consultations
- Manage orders, check order status and schedule installations
- Complete bookkeeping duties including accounts receivables
- Track and maintain showroom calls and customer leads and follow-up
- Provide ongoing support to in-home sales consultants (quoting, communications, coordinating repairs and returns)
- Develop and implement social media content while working closely with marketing manager
- Complete various administrative duties including filing, data entry, invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years in a face-to-face selling or customer service role (showroom experience preferred, but not required)
- Goal and sales-driven, detail-oriented, personable, and energetic with strong communication, organizational and computer skills including social media proficiency
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb new information
- Availability to work weekends
- Experience selling luxury products, window coverings or home decor is an asset
