**About Us**:
We are a leading private label and custom manufacturing cosmetics company dedicated to delivering high-quality beauty products. We partner with businesses of all sizes to bring their cosmetic visions to life. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Cosmetics Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our sales operations.

**Position Overview**:
MUST HAVE SALE MANAGER EXPERIENCE - this is a self motivating position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand and monitor the sales cycle, using data to track progress and optimize performance.
- Develop and conduct sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Continuously assess and improve the showroom experience for customer visits.
- Create and host online webinars to present business opportunities to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to train and guide salespeople.
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and delivering webinars and sales presentations.
- Ability to enhance the customer experience through showroom improvements.
