**Stratus Restaurant**, part of the Toronto Athletic Club is seeking an experienced team member to join our small tight knit team.

We are a from scratch kitchen that prides itself on putting out a consistent great product. We offer a great work life balance (Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend private event), competitive pay, gratuities, benefits, and a positive inclusive work environment. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (no late nights) so some flexibility is needed.

**Additional Pay**: Gratuities and Overtime pay

Culinary education is not mandatory, but an attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area is important, as is a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities of the job:

- Maintaining a clean and organized station
- Conducting oneself in a professional and hospitable manner
- Managing mise-en place and stock levels of your station along with engagement in prep lists
- Ability to cook consistently at a high level of excellence
