**Mineral Restaurant is a modern south east Asian influenced restaurant located at Yonge and Rosedale, Toronto. The executive chef has a palate from growing up in Hong Kong and Philippines, while exploring European techniques from working professionally in Toronto restaurants. Mineral is looking for strong and dedicated kitchen staff willing to learn and constantly grow.**
- We offer competitive industry pay in addition to pooling 20% of ALL tips towards back of house.
Line Cook Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out with high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
