Job Title: Pastry Chef de Partie
Lucie Restaurant is a gourmet French restaurant located in the heart of the financial district. With a spectacular wine selection and refined cuisine, it's an opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves in what will be one of the city's best French restaurants.
At the helm is one of the city’s most renowned restaurateurs, along with Michelin-star experienced Executive Chef Arnaud Bloquel.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will play a key role in supporting the restaurant's vision for high-quality pastry and ensuring that it is delivered professionally, safely, and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects related to the production of items delegated to the pastry section of the kitchen
Maintain the highest level of production standards and quality control
Manage inventory of equipment and ingredients related to daily pastry production
Inspect deliveries, ensuring quality
Work cooperatively with others contributing to a healthy work environment
Participate in cross-training when applicable
Understand and participate in maintaining Health & Safety standards
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in Michelin-starred or gourmet restaurant preferred
Attention to detail
Flexibility with work availability
Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for pastry
Able to follow spoken and written instructions
Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and personal responsibility
Physically able to work long hours standing

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
