Stratus Restaurant, located within the Toronto Athletic Club, is known for its exceptional dining experiences and commitment to excellence. We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our small, tight-knit team and help create memorable moments for our guests.

As a Server/Bartender at Stratus, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will also assist with private events, showcasing your skills in a dynamic environment.

**Key Additional Responsibilities**:

- Adhere and enforce restaurant’s policies, procedures and best practices
- Identify guest’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Preserve and enhance excellent levels of guest service standards
- Oversee the division of tasks and manage the flow of the event from set up to break down.
- Keeps track of materials and goods necessary for smooth operation of the events business.
- Be the main point person for event organizer during an event and answer all questions
- Help guest to set up the AV before their event. Be proficient in using the AV equipment.
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Reports productivity, consistency and quality of food and service to management team
- Ensure the restaurant cleanliness and report all maintenance issues
- Provide team support during peak periods, able and willing to help fill any position on our team
- Ensure correct billing
- Shadow the Supervisor during the event to learn the steps of service

**Job Types: Part-time, Permanent**

**Pay: $17.60 per hour**
