**How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions**

For this role, we’ll look to you to:

- Initiate outbound calls to collect outstanding receivables.
- Communicate with sales reps and managers to ensure a faster collection process.
- Update customer database.
- Reconcile on individual & corporate accounts.
- Send monthly invoices & statements to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes.
- Process EDI and portal files.
- Process credit cards transactions.
- Process payments & credits to accounts.
- Provide support to the accounting team.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Diploma in Accounting / Business is preferable.
- Proficient in data entry.
- Detail oriented, well organized, self-starter and strong work ethics.
- Knowledge and experience in accounting principles, EDI, Excel and Sage.

This role is on-site at our Richmond Hill location.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
