**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide quotes to customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall office productivity.
Once proficient this job can be completed fully remote.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
