Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Overview**
AMRO General Contracting is a growing leader in the construction and renovation industry, known for delivering high-quality projects across residential and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to support our CEO and help keep our office running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Monday, google calendar and powerpoint presentation.
- Support the CEO with personal and professional administrative tasks
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in construction or contracting industry is an asset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
