**What we are looking for**:
- A portfolio of your creative work is a plus. This could include marketing materials you’ve designed, links to blog posts, social media feeds, newsletters etc.
- A degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or Creative Writing and/or 4+ years of directly related experience in marketing/communications. This experience being in the Grocery or Hospitality industry is an asset
- You understand our core values, and you incorporate them seamlessly into everything you create
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Google Suite
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to write for various marketing channels
- Experience running and tracking campaign progress, developing a range of digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, and handling a variety of digital marketing activities
- Tech-savvy, and a fast learner. You’re always taking the initiative to research and teach yourself new online tools and keep up with the latest social media trends
- Experience planning, managing and publishing content for marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear, engaging and effective written and oral communications skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of current health trends
- Graphic design experience and knowledge of video production an asset
- Willingness to travel and available on weekends when needed
**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for Pomme Natural Market’s day to day marketing activities and reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Creating content for website, newsletters, blog posts and social media channels
- Engaging with online community, monitoring social media channels and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns dedicated to increasing brand awareness and engagement
- Assisting in the design and production of traditional and digital marketing collateral (signage, advertising, direct and digital mail campaigns, social media and web content)
- Assisting in the promotion and planning of various in store events; attending in-person if necessary
- Assisting in negotiating and facilitating media buys (print, radio, online); working with media outlets to coordinate and execute ongoing promotions
- Creating and executing cross-channel targeted social media marketing campaigns
- Generating and analyzing social media reports, evaluating ROI
- Executing marketing projects on-time, with a high degree of accuracy
- Orchestrating strategic marketing relationships with store vendors and community organizations
- Working closely with the Customer Outreach and Events Coordinator and store management to engage with and support charitable organizations within the community
- Ensuring design and brand identity standards are followed
- Assisting with administrative marketing duties
- Assisting with developing yearly marketing plan and campaigns
- Any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager as requested
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
