As an Account Enrollment Associate, you will be on the front lines of sales and customer acquisition, serving as the face of our organization. Your focus will be on driving conversions, exceeding sales goals, and delivering a positive, personalized customer experience throughout the enrollment process. The Account Enrollment Associate role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to launch a career in sales while working alongside a team invested in their development and long-term success.

**Responsibilities of the Account Enrollment Associate**:

- Conduct personalized sales presentations to promote telecommunications products and services
- Build customer loyalty through consistent follow-ups, upselling, and effectively addressing client needs
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and fellow Account Enrollment Associates to refine sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience
- Actively participate in weekly meetings and training sessions with senior team members to develop sales and leadership skills
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally by providing tailored solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales transactions to track performance and retention
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and services to maximize sales opportunities

**Qualifications of the Account Enrollment Associate**:

- Upper-level education or relevant coursework preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong interest in building a career in sales, customer acquisition, or business development
- Prior sales experience (direct sales, customer-facing, enrollment-based roles, etc.) is a plus
- Previous experience as an Account Enrollment Associate is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
