**Job Overview**
The Community Associate is the face of our coworking office. This role supports daily operations, engages with members, and ensures the space is welcoming, well-run, and vibrant. You’ll help foster a sense of community, handle front desk responsibilities, and support events and member services.

While this is initially a part time role, we expect it to evolve into full time within a year, based on Company expansion, growth and your availability.

eSpace Coworking is looking for an energetic **Community Associate** to be the face of our brand new operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Member Engagement & Support**:

- Welcome members and guests, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist members with day-to-day needs (e.g., booking rooms, printing, Wi-Fi issues).

**Space Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace (common areas, kitchens, supplies).
- Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure everything is in working order.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolution.

**Events & Community Building**:

- Help plan, promote, and execute member events (e.g., lunches, workshops, happy hours).
- Gather feedback from members to improve community programming.
- Support onboarding of new members and help them integrate into the community.

**Administrative & Front Desk Duties**:

- Manage visitor check-ins and incoming mail/packages.
- Keep track of inventory and place supply orders as needed.
- Use coworking software to assist with member management and tour bookings.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office familiarity)
- Ability to multitask in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in reception, administration, or coworking spaces is a plus
