We are looking for a high energy, self-driven **Account Representative** who has the talent, drive and understanding of the construction industry - we are looking for a team player who can jump right in and take charge - someone who takes pride in their ability to build solid client relationships that will drives sales results - someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow their sales career with a dedicated career progression path towards Senior Account Manager and Executive Account Manager.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, you will:
- exceed key objectives/sales targets by building strong client relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to influence key decision makers
- generate and close opportunities by developing strong client relationships through a responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic conversation with clients
- engage enthusiastically in new lead development and follow up and existing account development
- collaborate with the Designers and Estimators in the Business Development Team to ensure the proper design intent is quoted and drawn accurately to ensure end-user satisfaction based on your project knowledge
- find innovative solutions to obstacles and challenges in meeting these needs
- maintain a solid understanding of the workings regarding the Commercial Architectural Interiors industry
- communicate regularly with other cross-functional internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are being met by the company, and address any obstacles that could potentially interfere with achieving these results as a team
- actively engage with the sales team and support corporate sales initiatives and goals
- continuously review and maintain CRM system
- forecast and maintain sales dashboard and pipeline
- present issues professionally to relevant parties to resolve issues effectively
- assist with the training and development of new department hires
- follow all company policies and procedures; specifically, sales and marketing
- ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner; engage management when deadlines, issues and/or accuracy is a concern
- perform all other job-related tasks as requested for this position
**What will you bring to the Team?**
- college diploma or university degree in Sales, interior design, marketing, or equivalent years of experience
- self-motivated, ambitious with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset
- passion for building relationship, a creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to develop and nurture lasting client relationships
- ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations
- strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- a thorough understanding of the design process familiarity with the design community
- leadership experience through community involvement, student organizations, internships, or volunteering
- strong knowledge of sales process, strategic selling techniques and excellent presentation skills
- a collaborator with strong team building skills

- strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
