**What you'll be doing**:

- **Promote insurance products** to meet daily sales targets.
- **Identify and attract new customers**to increase the number of new accounts.
- **Maintain and grow existing accounts** through relationship-building and increased sales.
- **Represent our brand** at both internal and external events.
- **Develop and execute sales plans** focused on achieving renewal and growth targets.
- **Building relationships**with centers of influences, such as real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, & mortgage brokers

**What will make you successful**:

- Minimum of 2 years of Insurance experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Strong Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients protect their properties and their families
- Effective multi-tasking skills to handle daily activities
- Capability to delivery presentations to potential customers
- Proficiency in using computer software and comfort with communication technology
- Fluent in a second language
- Property & Casualty Licence & Life Licence - (**Preferred**)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insurance: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- LLQP licence (preferred)
- OTL / RIBO Licence (preferred)
