The Opportunity
As a Property Administrator at Strategic Group, Calgary, you will be the cornerstone of our residential portfolios. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong customer relationships, driving innovative solutions, and enhancing the customer service experience. Your deep-seated desire to help people succeed through administrative execution will be key in this role.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leveraging your keen organizational skills and experience (2+ years is an asset) in residential property administration
- Serving as the bedrock for maintaining and enhancing the customer service experience
- Conducting lease loads, credit checks, and issuing notices to residents
- Cultivating an ethos of gratitude and service
- Preparing availability reports and related paperwork as required
- Ensuring timely administration of lease items with accountability
- Collaborating constructively with the team to resolve customer requirements
- Supporting corporate initiatives and seasonal tenant appreciation events
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
