Job Overview

**Objectives of this role**
- Assist in interpreting, building upon, and complying with company quality assurance standards, procedures and policies.
- Assist in maintaining complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Assist in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Assist in developing improved standards for production and evaluates outcomes of quality inspections and proposes corrective measures.
- Assist in identifying training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Assist with investigative reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing or updating procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience.
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology and methods.
- Excellent computer skills, including database management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
- Professional certification.
- Fluency in English - verbal and written

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
