We, located in the downtown of Vancouver, are launching a pilot project to produce our social media contents focusing on K-Culture (i.e. K-pop, K-drama, K-movie and so on) and are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who can analyze trending and produce the contents for social media including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who understands the social media landscape as well as has a strong interest in Korean culture. You will play a critical role in producing videos from planning to completion — including scheduling, uploading, and communication between team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research video topics, trends, and audience keywords
- Creative, inquisitive and adaptable to rapidly changing digital landscape - actively shares ideas with team members
- Develop and execute creative content strategies across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,and other platforms to drive engagement and growth.
- Organizing and tracking video production schedules and content calendars
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery
- Upload and publish videos with proper metadata (titles, tags, descriptions etc.)
- Ensure branding consistency across video elements (thumbnails, descriptions, etc.)
- Monitor video comments and flag or respond as needed
- Perform quality checks on video/audio before publication

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with publishing tools of social media and K-Culture (also known as the Korea wave)
- Creative, strong analyzing, organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Heavy user of social media platforms, with a unique understanding of short video content, a keen sense of hot topics, and the ability to dig up topics.
- Curiosity about using AI software and other tools
- Fluent in English and Korean (both oral and written).

**Preferred Assets**
- Basic video editing or graphic design knowledge
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, other social media and YouTube
- Post-secondary education in related fields such as Digital Media, Digital Contents and Video Production etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
