**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator and Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of multiple skincare and lifestyle brands. This role requires a proven track record in building brands from the ground up, launching products into the market, and driving engagement and sales through content and campaigns. You will be responsible for content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and overall brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Brand Storytelling**
- Create engaging content (photo, video, written) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms
- Manage brand voice and maintain consistent visual identity across all channels
- Build social channels from conception to growth, developing content calendars 2 weeks in advance
- Work with VFX/video editors, photographers, and graphic designers on campaigns and product launches
- Attend and coordinate photo/video shoots for products, events, and lifestyle campaigns

**Digital Marketing & E-Commerce**
- Optimize SEO for websites, blogs, and product listings to increase visibility
- Manage and grow Shopify e-commerce sites, including product launches, promotions, and analytics tracking
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch engagement
- Monitor campaign results, adjust strategies, and report on performance metrics

**Brand Growth & Strategy**
- Develop and execute growth strategies for skincare and lifestyle brands
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve brand goals

**Qualifications**
- **Must have 3+ years experience** leading brand marketing and social media strategy
- **2+ years experience**in skincare or fashion industries
- Proven track record of building social media accounts from concept to growth
- Strong Shopify and e-commerce experience, including product launches and promotions
- Demonstrated success launching products into the market and driving sales
- Advanced skills in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, SEO tools, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands at once
- Must have a passion for skincare and beauty, with industry knowledge and trend awareness
- Comfortable working from our downtown Vancouver office 5 days per week, with flexibility for shoots and events
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is an asset
