**About Us**:
Market 49 Fine Foods is a rapidly growing frozen foods company based in Canada. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, delicious, and convenient frozen meals to our customers. Our brand is expanding, and we're looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others.

Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our social media accounts by scheduling and posting content regularly.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement and grow our online community.

Community Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with our online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.

Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and content.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Utilize social media analytics tools to optimize content and strategy based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design, writing).

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly frozen foods.

Familiarity with Canadian social media landscape and trends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
