**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries and scheduling.
- Support or team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
- Provide training development as needed.
- Maintain and update contact lists, client databases and other records.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required for management.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Quickbooks and Simpro an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalen, office administration Diploma an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
