**Required Skills**:
- Administrative support to Human Resources Department.
- Accurate & timely entry of employee information into the Human Resources Information System.
- Assist associates with day to day administrative HR concerns.
- Prepare miscellaneous correspondence.
- Update bulletin & service by design boards as required.
- Co-ordinate arrangements for HR events.
- Administer any special campaigns as they happen.
- Become an active participant and contributor to the continuous improvements process at MillerKnoll.
- Follow all Knoll safety expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years administrative experience (H.R. Assistant experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent computer skills, including Word; Excel, PowerPoint (H.R.I.S. or payroll software experience an asset.
- High level of organizational skills, initiative & ability to prioritize work.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High energy, committed to providing a high level of service to our internal customers and who has the ability to work independently.
