Louf is an upscale casual Palestinian restaurant in midtown Toronto. Led by Chef Fadi Kattan, Louf offers guests an array of flavours from Palestine served with a modern twist. Louf also has a phenomenally curated beverage program, highlighting a variety of Palestinian wines.

We are looking for talented individuals who have experience at the bar, on the floor, running and support, and hosting. If you have all of the above, all the better **Must be able to work weekends.**

Hospitality is included in our prices and commission is based on hours worked, distributed equally across roles. We want to create a true livable wage for our team members without having to rely on our guests to tip.

We are currently looking for individuals with talent, passion, and most importantly an open mind to learn and grow as part of our opening team. FOH staff are crucial, as you are the main faces that will interact with our guests, and create that positive and long-lasting experience for them.

Compensation
- From $21 per hour base wage
- Shared pooled inclusive tip based on hours worked
- Free staff meal
- 4% vacation pay

**Job Description**:

- In-depth understanding of our menu knowledge (will provide training)
- Intermediate knowledge on liquor brands, classic cocktails, and wine
- Maintain a professional yet warm presence throughout the service
- Able to work a 24-seater section with ease
- Execute Chef Fadi's steps-of-service, deeply rooted in guest experience and generous hospitality
- Following Louf’s vision and ethos, both at and outside of work
- General cleanliness of the restaurant
- Knowledgeable with TouchBistro POS / Open Table
- Well groomed, organized, and with positive energy to contribute to the team
- Able to anticipate guests' needs in a professional manner
- Team player
