Bridgette Bar is a chef-driven bar in the heart of Toronto, known for our modern menu, vibrant energy, and commitment to exceptional service. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to help lead our dynamic service team.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a high-performing FOH team to deliver memorable guest experiences

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service, including managing floor flow and guest relations

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of FOH staff

Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with the BOH and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively

Manage daily cash outs, scheduling, and inventory systems

Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in a FOH leadership role in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant

A guest-first mentality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Comfortable using restaurant POS and scheduling systems

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Smart Serve certification (required)
