We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of FOH Associate to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests at our 489 College St location.

**Overview**

The FOH Associate position is responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all guests from when they first enter the space until their departure. This includes greeting guests, introducing the brand concept, space and staff, maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items, and providing game recommendations and rule clarifications based on the guests’ needs and requests.

**Duties**
- Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and professional manner
- Introduce the guests to the brand concept, space, staff and key policies
- Taking food and beverage orders, while making suggestions or providing assistance
- Deliver food and beverages, in a professional courteous manner, to all tables
- Assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible
- Periodically check in on all guests to ensure food and beverage quality throughout their meal
- Clear plates, glasses and utensils once guests have finished their meals, assist other FOH Support staff in clearing tables
- Ensure flow of service through high volume periods, making sure reservations are set
- Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist as needed while communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times
- Contacting guests on the waitlist when a table becomes available for them
- Answering the phone in a polite and curious manner and assisting any guests needs or reservation requests over the phone
- Ensuring all cleaning, stocking, pre and post shift tasks are completed as delegated by management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by managers or supervisors

**Skills**
- Experience working under pressure in a high stress, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Able to perform all job duties under pressure in a polite, sensitive and professional manner
- Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude
- Professional appearance and manners at all times
- Time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as required
