Good Behaviour Ice Cream is an exciting concept brought to you by Chef Michael Lam & Eric Chow found themselves turning to ice cream and submarine sandwiches as a source of comfort. Wanting to combine the nostalgia of ice cream with their experiences in professional kitchens and restaurants, Michael and Eric started Good Behaviour as a way to create (and let’s be honest, to eat) some of the most creative and delicious ice creams and sandwiches in the city.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Good Behaviour is an amazing submarine sandwich and ice cream company with three locations across the GTA. We are currently seeking a FOH Service Staff to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with guests with a positive attitude, focusing on building a warm, welcoming guest experience.
- Product knowledge for all our menu offerings for both ice cream and submarine sandwiches.
- Managing and expediting in-person and online delivery orders.
- Basic food preparation and following recipe guides for the in-house sides.
- Opening/closing duties for the ice cream scoop shop and retail section.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of urgency and time management, the ability to complete tasks delegated from your immediate managers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Upholding company goals and objectives.
- Recommended 1 years of food service experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
