**About Us**:
Mint Asset Management is a growing property management company serving commercial and multi-family residential buildings across the GTA. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants while operating efficiently and proactively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage tenant communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Handle lease administration, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi experience is an asset).
- Reconcile payments, and assist with financial tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Prepare reports and correspondence for landlords and clients.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a liaison between ownership, tenants, and third-party service providers.
- Make operational decisions to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or office management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi or similar software is an asset.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions on the spot.
