**Overview**
TSCC 2510 is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Condominium Manager** to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional service to our owners and residents.

**Duties**
- Manage daily condo operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Respond promptly to owner, resident, and Board inquiries
- Lead property inspections and maintenance coordination
- Prepare budgets, and manage records
- Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee service delivery
- Support administrative functions and maintain organized records
- **Requirements**:

- **CMRAO General License** (required)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - some weekends on call.
**Experience**: 1+ year in condo management
**Language**: French not required

**Location**: In Office (Toronto harbourfront - steps to Union Station)
- Previous experience in a condominium management role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage condo operations independently
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $75,631.00-$95,883.00 per year
