- CMRAO license;
- ability to supervise 2-3 people;
- ability to work in fast-paced environment;
- Condominium setting experience;
- experience with Condominium mechanical systems;
- attention to detail;

- excellent written communication;
- excellent oral communication;
- organized;
- team player;
- effective interpersonal skills;
- experience with Yardi software;
- ability to prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance;
- ability to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation;
- ability to monitor progress and cost of work for property owners,
- ability compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income;
- ensure response to trouble calls from clients and tenants;
- possess a high school diploma;
- possess a college/university degree, or non-university certificate or diploma from a related program; and
- English speaking
