Restaurant Supervisor

SKCOOKKS is excited to introduce Nigerian food to the local community and we are currently searching for a Kitchen Supervisor to provide leadership, training and development of the crew. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent service in a fast paced, take-out only setting. The Kitchen Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing the team and coordinating the staff to provide exceptional service.
**Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Supervises and Coordinates activities of food preparation
- Assisting with plating/packaging food in a high-pace kitchen setting
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Delivering superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic and is committed to the team
- Demonstrates leadership and knows how to manage the team
- Knows what it takes to develop and maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Should be well versed in Nigerian food
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
- Degree/diploma in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
