**SUMMARY**:
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Accounts Payable data entry experience
- An understanding of purchase order to cash workflow and accounting fundamentals
- Experience with with an accounting system such as Quickbooks
- Experience with MS Office including intermediate Excel
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and organize supplier invoices, follow matching and approval process, data entry into QuickBooks Online system
- Monthly reconciliation of open invoices against supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payables
- Contact suppliers to make credit card payments or follow up on invoice inquiries
- Input Expenses and credit card receipts and reconcile monthly through QuickBooks
- Process and update Customer quotes in QuickBooks
- Assist with Customer invoice creation in QuickBooks
- Maintain current Vendor and Item master data and other accounting excel documents
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Additional tasks and projects as required
